I stayed an extra day in Chicago to see the city. I walked out to the shore of Lake Michigan.

I visited Grant Park.

In Millennium Park, there are a number of interesting sculptures, including this reflective bean:

I crossed the Chicago River.

I ate lunch at Gino’s East, famous for its deep dish pizzas.

Soundtrack: Chicago’s “Saturday in the Park (I think it was the 4th of July)” [It wasn’t Saturday, but I was in the park and it was the 4th of July!]
